In times of rapid change and economic stress, organizations are caught in  multiple binds. For instance:

• They need to be productive and respond rapidly to change, and yet continous forced adaptations are extremely stressful, and excess stress reduces productivity.
  

• Change in every sphere from organizational shifts to the flood of research, calls for constant learning, and yet resources for training and development are cut, time is limited, professional development skills may be lacking and personnel may not be expert, self-directed, learners.
  

We offer the following services to deal with these energy sapping dilemmas by capitalizing on how the brain/mind learns naturally.

We work with organizations to:

• build powerful learning communities so that personnel are better able to process and learn from and deal with change, new information and their personal experiences.
  

• design instructional programs to support novice or inexpert presenters, as well as advanced training for skillful facilitators.
  

• introduce a parallel curriculum for developing "soft" skills by showing people how to learn more about themselves and others from any experience, and
  

• conduct programs to develop process leadership - the art of creating the conditions in which others can become more successful.
